Лексикон медпереводчика (онкология): dose — доза

В прошлой своей публикации про survival — выживаемость я писал о том, что наблюдал некий перекос в количестве возможных вариантов фраз и сочетаний с этим словом. Здесь же ситуация обстоит аналогично: я взял книгу по общей и частной онкологии на русском языке, такую же на английском языке — объемы у них сопоставимы (500-600 страниц), — и тоже увидел перекос: фраз на английском набралось в 2-3 раза больше, чем на русском. 

Делать выводы из этого факта я предоставлю вам, уважаемые читатели, а пока смотрим, как и с чем едят слово dose/доза.
